- How do you grade card condition? — We use standard industry grades: Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, and Good. Each listing includes the condition in the description.
- Do you sell graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC)? — Yes! Graded cards are listed with their exact grade and certification number.
- Can I request a card not listed on the site? — Absolutely — use this form to tell us what you're looking for and we'll do our best to source it.
- How long does shipping take? — Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after that."
- Do you ship internationally? — We currently ship within the US. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!
- How are cards packaged? — All cards are shipped in protective sleeves and toploaders, with bubble mailers or boxes for larger orders.
- What is your return policy? — We accept returns within 7 days if the card arrives not as described. Contact us here to start the process.
